WebDec 7, 2014 · The Cygwin locale.h doesn't have a defnition of locale_t. So the autconfigure did something wrong or my installation of Cygwin is broken. I tried this twice with the same result. The second time with a fresh install of Cygwin. I'm leaning towards the autoconfigure being broken somehow.
