WebI lit the bonfires after each of them and I did collect Freja's soul from the ground, but still no Aldia. I also went to all of those bonfires again and used them to get back Majula and all of those were lit. I did use shrine behind Rotten bonfire to get to the DLC area. And this is NG+ from the game, in which I finished all the DLC's.
