WebMemory cells are basically an input/output loop, ie: a combinator has input of 1 Coal on tick 1. It adds zero to that and on tick 2, it ouputs 1 coal. That output is tied back into the input of the same combinator so on game tick 2, the combinator has an input of 1Coal, adds 0, and outputs 1 Coal on tick 3. WebPrior to 0.16.17, you would use a basic circuit network to prioritize one side of a splitter by wiring the belts together, setting the side you want to take priority to "read", and setting the other to only run when a condition is over or under a threshold (depending on whether you're prioritizing an output or an input respectively).
