WebSep 30, 2007 · Iam an USC and have applied for my mothers GC. I mailed all the necessary applications(i-130,i-485 etc.) . After having called the USCIS for the mailing address(as I was confused) i was advised to send it to the local USCIS office.So i mailed it out on the July19th. and it was received on the 20th. I have the USPS confirmation.
